Terms of Service

By accessing or using YatrinGo ("Platform"), operated by Yatringo (Office No. 505, 5th Floor, Boomerang Building, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400072), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

YatrinGo is an online marketplace that connects travellers with travel agents across India. Our services include:

• A directory of verified travel agencies across India
• Agency profile pages with packages, vehicles, hotels, and reviews
• Direct inquiry facilitation between travellers and agencies
• Subscription plans for agencies to receive inquiries
• Blog and content publishing tools for agencies

YatrinGo is a marketplace platform only. We do not operate as a travel agency and do not book travel on behalf of users.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Travel agencies registering on YatrinGo agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: All agency information, packages, pricing, and descriptions must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Legitimate Business: You confirm that your agency is a legitimate, legally operating business in India.
• Responsive Communication: You must respond to traveller inquiries within 48 hours.
• No Fake Reviews: Soliciting or posting fake reviews is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Verification: You consent to our verification process and agree to provide requested documentation.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you post but grant YatrinGo a license to display it on the platform.

• YatrinGo facilitates connections but does not guarantee the quality or reliability of any travel agency.
• Travellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before booking with any agency.
• All bookings, payments, and agreements are directly between the traveller and the travel agency.
• YatrinGo is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between travellers and agencies.
• Reviews submitted must be genuine and based on actual interactions with the agency.

Platform Fees: Agency subscription fees are charged for listing upgrades only. YatrinGo does not charge commission on bookings.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

GST: All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added at checkout.

Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Agencies who have not received any inquiries may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

No Recurring Charges: Our current Paid plan is a one-time payment. We will clearly notify you before introducing any recurring subscription model.

You may not use YatrinGo to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to other users
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Use the platform for any purpose other than connecting travellers with travel agents

The YatrinGo name, logo, platform design, and all original content created by Yatringo are the intellectual property of Yatringo and may not be used without written permission.

User-generated content (agency descriptions, packages, reviews) remains the property of the respective users. By posting content on YatrinGo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.

YatrinGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any travel agency listed is reliable, licensed, or suitable for your needs
• Reviews and ratings are accurate or complete
• The platform will meet your specific requirements

YatrinGo is a directory and marketplace — we are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of any travel agency listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Yatringo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@yatringo.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Paid plan fees are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

These terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
