Section 01

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:
✅ You paid for the Paid Listing plan
✅ Your request is within 7 days of payment
✅ You have NOT received any inquiries from travellers yet
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
❌ It has been more than 7 days since payment
❌ You have already received 1 or more inquiries
❌ Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
❌ The request is for the Free plan (which is free)
Section 02

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Login to your Agency Dashboard

Go to yatringo.com and login with your agency account credentials.

Go to Billing & Payments

Navigate to Dashboard → Billing → Request Refund section.

Submit Refund Request

Click "Request Refund", select your reason, and submit. Our team will review within 24 hours.

Receive Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You can also email us directly at contact@yatringo.com with subject "Refund Request" and your registered email address.

Section 03

Refund Timeline

  • Review: We review all refund requests within 24 hours of submission.
  • Approval: Once approved, refunds are initiated within 1 business day.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • UPI / Net Banking: 2-3 business days.
  • Wallet Payments: Immediately credited to your wallet.

Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Section 04

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Payments made more than 7 days ago
  • Plans where inquiries have already been received and acted upon
  • Accounts terminated due to policy violations
  • GST amounts — as per Indian tax regulations, GST paid cannot be refunded
  • Any top-up or add-on purchases
Section 05

Disputes

If your refund request is rejected and you believe it should be approved, you can escalate by emailing contact@yatringo.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line.

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and within 5 business days. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.
